Old-Time Music Weekend at Stephen Foster

Join us September 11–13, 2026, at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in White Springs, Florida, for a three-day weekend of old-time music instruction, jam sessions, discussion groups, concerts, and community along the historic Suwannee River.
Participants can enjoy group and individual instruction in banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and harmonica. Instructors include Michael Godwin (mandolin), Anna Strickland (fiddle), David Strickland (fiddle and guitar), Jim Strickland (singing and fiddle), Russell Mofsky (banjo and banjo-uke), Chuck Levy (banjo and fiddle), and Mary Allgire (clogging).
This year’s featured artists are The Stones River Reelers, featuring Andrew Larson, Michael Klug, Seth Shumate, and Aaron Stephens.
Registration for the three-day event is $210 and includes all workshops, jam sessions, discussion groups, and concerts. A $15 late fee will be added after August 31.
Meals will not be provided this year, so please plan accordingly.
