Enjoy free pancakes, coffee and orange juice as prepared by our park staff and volunteers.
It’s a great opportunity to ask your questions about the park, such as how to become a ranger, how to volunteer, and more. Or you can enjoy pancakes with the morning sounds of the Ichetucknee. Coloring sheets, a memory game and a puzzle are available in our visitor center along with exhibits to explore and information about our Junior Ranger Program. Walk the half-mile Discovery Trail and look for gopher tortoises.
If you require gluten-free pancakes or have food allergy concerns, please call 386-324-5001 or email Caitlin.Gonsiorek@FloridaDEP.gov in advance.
Coffee and pancakes are donated by the Friends of Ichetucknee Springs State Park.
South entrance – visitor center.
Program is free with paid park entry of $6 per vehicle.
